The Primary purpose of DBC is to provide the students with: an introduction to the Bible and its doctrine, a general survey of relevant subjects to create lasting in Biblical studies and to implement the class room instruction into practical application through the power of the Holy Spirit. DBC stands for spiritual excellency along with academic achievement.

Some of the objectives of DBC are: (1)To be an instituition which serves the Pentecostal movement in India.(2)To train young people for effective evangelism.(3)To arrange extension courses for evangelists,pastors and Christian leaders.
